What's the different between saving - dorm - high class tour ?

Saving/Dorm: Dorm room, regular sleeper bus, shared facilities. Same route, meals, and sightseeing. Highclass: Private room, VIP cabin bus. Same route, meals, and sightseeing, just more comfort and privacy.

What's the different between 3 days and 4 days tour ?

Our 3 day itinerary covers the main Ha Giang loop while the 4 day version stretches the journey with extra stops and more relaxed riding days.

Can I drive myself ?

Yes. If you plan to drive yourself, you must hold both a national driver’s license and an international driving permit (IDP) issued under the 1968 convention. Additionally, you are only permitted to operate a vehicle that corresponds to the class stated on your license. Failing to meet these requirements can result in fines ranging from 3 to 7 million VND 3 million for smaller vehicles and 5 to 7 million for larger ones. These are the basic self-driving requirements. For confirmation on whether you’re eligible to drive or upgrade your vehicle, our staff in Ha Giang will need to verify your documents.

Where will I sleep on the arrival night ?

You will stay overnight at our hotel on the arrival night. The tour will start at 8:30 AM the following morning

How can I pay

We often receive cash, and I will take your payment when we pick you up in Ha Giang city for the loop. You can withdraw when we pick you up, there is an ATM with a low fee in front of our hostel. The maximum amount per withdrawal is 3,000,000 VND, with a 30,000 VND fee, and you will need to withdraw again. If you pay with a card, you'll be charged an extra 3%, while PayPal incurs an extra 5%. So we usually recommend paying cash.

What should I bring during the trip ?

Bring your riding gear, travel documents, layered clothing for the mountain weather, and any personal medications you require.

Do you have Vegan/Vegetarian/allergies food options ?

Absolutely, just let us know your dietary requirements ahead of time and we will coordinate the kitchen to prepare suitable meals.

Can I change from 3 days to 4 days during the tour ?

Yes, upgrades between itineraries are possible when there is availability; speak with our team as soon as you know you want the extra day.

Can I change to EASY RIDER during the tour ?

That option is offered depending on guide availability, so inform us early if you would like to switch to the Easy Rider service.

I'm 60+, can I still do the Ha Giang loop by motorcycle ?

Seniors are welcome. We modify the pace, allow extra rest, and can provide support bikes or guides to keep the experience comfortable.

Should I tip for the drivers ?

Tips are optional but always appreciated if you feel the drivers or guides provided exceptional service.

Most travelers choose 3D2N or 4D3N. Longer trips allow a slower, more relaxed pace.
